Profile
Sebastian Mansell began studying the cello at age 7. He holds a First Class Honours degree from the Elder Conservatorium and is currently the Cello teacher at the Sydney Conservatorium High School and top Sydney private schools. Sebastian is the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships that have allowed him to participate in masterclasses and take lessons from leading cellists in Germany and the UK.
He has appeared as soloist with the Norwood and Unley Symphony Orchestras, with the Baudin Trio at the Australian Festival of Chamber Music, with the State Opera of South Australia on tour and with Ensemble Apex in Sydney.
